These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Soyoz ("Dream Library," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Dream Library mobile application (bundle ID com.soyoz.dreamade) and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using Dream Library, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Dream Library is a sleep-audio wellness and entertainment app. You select a named "dream" theme before bed, and the app plays a narration and soundscape sequence timed to your pre-sleep period and REM window, intended to increase the chance of dreaming about that content.
Dream Library is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical or psychological condition, and it does not guarantee that you will dream about any particular content, remember a dream, or experience any specific outcome. Results vary by individual and by night. Full disclaimers are provided in our separate Health Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Service includes several content categories, including Calm, Adventure, Thrill (horror-toned, age-gated for users 18 and older), and Nightmare Rewrite (imagery-rehearsal and sound cues that may help reduce nightmare frequency when practiced consistently, framed as general wellness use, not clinical treatment).
The general Dream Library app is intended for users aged 13 and older in the United States, and the applicable regional minimum age (which may be higher, e.g., 16 in parts of the EU) where required by local law. If you are under the applicable minimum age, you may not use the Service.
The Thrill category contains horror-toned audio content and is restricted to users who confirm they are 18 years of age or older via self-reported age confirmation within the app. Access to Thrill content is blocked for any user who does not confirm they are 18+.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using an email address, Sign in with Apple, or Google sign-in. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@locuz.co if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Dream Library offers auto-renewing subscription plans purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the dream audio content and other materials made available through the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any Service content except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR DREAM CONTENT, RECALL, OR OTHER OUTCOME WILL OCCUR AS A RESULT OF USING THE SERVICE.
Dream Library is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Please review our Health Disclaimer for important information about the limits of what Dream Library is designed to do, and consult a qualified healthcare professional for any medical or psychological concerns.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Soyoz AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease; Sections 6 through 9 and this Section 10 will survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires the application of the laws of your place of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by other reasonable means. The "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms reflects when they were last revised. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
